Farm to Table dining sets the tone for Chef Peter's menu. Attempting to source all local products, Chef Peter has crafted a menu utilizing the best of the East Coast. Joseph's Artisan quality gourmet fresh linguine adorns our pasta dishes, while East Coast farms provides us with 100% all-natural, free range Dutch Morgan Breed Chicken. Part of the “Never Ever Program”, our chickens are never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones. Our family-owned and operated farm partners do their own breeding, hatching and growing to ensure that the chickens are humanely raised with love and care. The chickens are never fed any animal byproducts, only farm-local vegetarian feed. Our Angus beef cattle are also never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones; pasture raised and grain finished for a minimum of 100 days for superior marbling and taste. Due to the nature of having fresh meats, our Market Steak changes weekly depending on availability from the farm. Our fish, caught in Boston Harbor and delivered directly to us, will change weekly depending on availability as well.
Another great benefit of being in the GARNER Arts Center is the 14 acres of space that provides a unique background for any occasion. Event rentals are available and we can cater within the complex for your special day inside of our restaurant or in any of the spaces GARNER Arts Center has available.
